The processing of the personal data on the Facebook fan page is based on our legitimate interests in accordance with Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. f GDPR, in order to inform about our offer and to communicate with the customers, interested parties and users active there. 4.2.2. LinkedIn Sales Navigator

As part of our marketing campaigns, which we publish on LinkedIn, we also process your data in the LinkedIn Sales Navigator. This enables us not only to see the details of our campaigns (number of visitors, number of recipients, etc.) but also to contact the people who leave us a message or comment via LinkedIn via Sales Navigator. These people receive a networking request from us and if they share their email address for communication purposes during the LinkedIn conversation, their contact information is stored in the CRM tool Pipedrive and assigned to the newly created organization. A marketing consent (double opt-in request) will then be sent to them from our Pipedrive CRM tool. You can find more details on this below under Pipedrive - Marketing via Pipedrive.

4.3. Retargeting

We use the Google Tag Manager service of Google Inc., 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94.043 USA on our site. With Google Tag Manager, marketers can manage website tags via an interface. A tag is a marking or labelling of a dataset. The tags set up via Google Tag Manager ensure the collection of data that is passed on to the target system. Because the data is only passed through, the system does not collect or store the determined data itself. Thus, the Tag Manager merely triggers other tags, which in turn may collect data. For these respective third-party providers, corresponding explanations can be found in this privacy policy. However, the Google Tag Manager does not use this data. If you have set or otherwise made a deactivation of cookies, this will be observed for all tracking tags that were used with the Google Tag Manager, so the tool does not change your cookie settings.
For more information, see Google's usage policy and Google's privacy notice for this product:

LinkedIn Insight Tag

Our website uses the conversion tool "LinkedIn Insight Tag" from LinkedIn Ireland Unlimited Company. This tool creates a cookie in your web browser, which enables the collection of, among other things, the following data: IP address, device and browser properties, and page events (e.g. page views). This data is encrypted, anonymised within seven days, and the anonymised data is deleted within 90 days. LinkedIn does not share any personal data with Eberhard AG, but offers anonymised reports on the website target group and display performance. In addition, LinkedIn offers the possibility of retargeting via the Insight Tag. Eberhard AG can use this data to display targeted advertising outside of its website. Further information on data protection at LinkedIn can be found in the LinkedIn data protection information.

LinkedIn members can control the use of their personal data for advertising purposes in their account settings and deactivate the Insight Tag ("opt-out"): https://www.linkedin.com/psettings/guest-controls/retargeting-opt-out

We use PipeDrive Campaign add-on, and we incorporate a tracking pixel within our email dispatches to gather insights into recipient engagement metrics, including email openings, recipient email addresses, timestamp of interaction, and IP addresses. Additionally, our email hyperlinks are meticulously crafted to monitor click-through rates. This strategic collection and analysis of data empower us to refine our offerings, ensuring they align more closely with your preferences and interests, thereby enhancing the overall relevance and effectiveness of our communication.

Pipedrive’s Web Visitors feature is fully committed to GDPR compliance. The collected data by Web Visitors is encrypted both in transit and in rest on its to our servers. We collect the behavioral data of all website visitors, which includes pages viewed, visitor sources and time spent on the site. The visitor's IP address is collected to detect the company and geographic location. We only show company visits and automatically filter out all users visiting from residential IP addresses.

Your data will be deleted in our Pipedrive CRM tool once we have processed your request and the purpose of storage no longer applies (the business relationship has ended), and there are no other legal exceptions to the contrary. You can obtain information about the personal data stored about you at any time.

Marketing via Pipedrive

Based on your visit to one of our public websites, e.g. via LinkedIn, we offer you the opportunity to receive product information.
